We offer strength and flexibility enhancement programs to make pregnancy and labor less strenuous and more efficient for expecting mothers.

Our treatment plans take a holistic approach and are led by certified Physical Therapists. We target common pain triggers and focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and correcting posture to alleviate pregnancy’s strain on a woman’s body. During pregnancy, added weight, poor posture, stress, and altered center of gravity can lead to muscle fatigue and decreased motivation to remain active. However, our Physical Therapy interventions can help slow this domino effect and make it easier for expecting mothers to manage lower back pain and other discomforts.

Our treatment methods during pregnancy include Muscle Techniques, Massage, Core Stability and Strength Training, Postural and Pelvic Floor re-education, and Home Exercise Plans. After delivery, we offer a range of treatments to address Scar Management, Body Mechanics, Core Strengthening, Low Back Pain, Abdominal and Pelvic Floor Strengthening, and Nerve Pain.
